Is Aleefy free?
The pet owner app is free, with no limit on how many pets you add. Clinics start on a 14-day trial with everything unlocked.
Do I need my vet to be on Aleefy?
No. You can add pets, keep their details and use the QR tag on your own. What needs a clinic on Aleefy is online booking and records shared straight into your app — so if your vet is not on it yet, tell them about us.
How does the QR tag work exactly?
Open your pet's profile and you will find a QR code. Print it small and put it in the collar. If someone finds your pet and scans it with any phone camera, they land on a simple page with your pet's name, photo and a way to contact you. They do not need the app, and they never see your address or your pet's medical history.
Is there an iPhone app?
The App Store build is on its way. In the meantime the web app runs everything on iPhone and iPad — open it in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen" and it behaves like an installed app.
Who can see my pet's medical records?
You, and the clinic that wrote them. Clinics cannot see each other's records. A clinic has to deliberately share a visit with you before it appears in your app, and it can be revoked later.
I run a clinic. How long does approval take?
Usually one working day once your licence document is uploaded. We will contact you if anything is unclear rather than rejecting quietly.
Can I use Aleefy in Arabic?
Yes — every screen, notification and printed report exists in Arabic with a proper right-to-left layout. Switch language any time in settings.
How do I delete my account?
From the settings screen in the app, or message us and we will do it for you. If you own a clinic you will need to transfer or close it first.
